Yes, more! lol

Hey you guys, I've been studying the zodiac a lot more lately so come to me if you want some info on a zodiac. I don't just read about zodiacs, I study every person and character I meet. Here is some more information about Pisces.

In case you have found the opposite characteristics profile in a Piscean woman, chances are that she suffered extremely harsh treatment at a very young age and the bitterness will be a result of that trauma only.

The Pisces Female represents an intoxicating blend of earth-bound passion and otherworldly fantasy. Men are entranced by her at first glance and haunted by her forever after. They may try to recall what it is about her that's so enchanting, but they can never understand the secrets of her siren song.

Pisces female is not one to pick who she's with on the spur of the moment, she is far more discerning with her gifts of love. Pisces female quickly uncovers the secrets that lie hidden underneath the social facade. BS artists are transparent to her as her powerful intuition and psychic nature sees through to what they are really after. Highly in tune with the subtleties in what someone says or how someone acts, the pisces woman quickly bails out if what she sees and hears aren't what they're supposed to be.

Piscean women choose lovers that tend to be of two opposing types. She often finds herself attracted to emotionally insecure or wounded guys that she can nurture and "mother". She also falls for the opposite type of partner—one who is virile, masculine, with a strong sense of self-determination and responsibility, someone who can protect, provide for and care for her, giving her the support and guidance that she needs.

To the pisces female, love is everything and everywhere. When Pisces female is happy and in love all that is seems wondrous and tingling with excitement. When she is in despair over a relationship failure, the world stops turning. Pisces female's single strongest desire is to be lost in love with her soul mate, to be bonded with her partner in a magical and perfect union.

More than any other zodiac birth sign, the Pisces female can transform herself into the image that her partner seeks. Pisces being a mutable sign, the Pisces female adapts easily, almost effortlessly. Still, this mysterious pisces woman remains quite her own person: elusive, unattainable, beguiling. She is someone that everyone wants and no one quite understands.

For all her charm and allure, the Pisces woman can have her head too far in the clouds. Fantasy is her most real experience.

In the bedroom, the Pisces female is every man's dream because she gives full expression to her sexual fantasies and desire. Pisces female is highly skilled at all flavors of erotic play, much to the delight of her lucky lover.

At times, the pisces female's hyper-affectionate characteristics can develop into dependency. But her powerful psychic intuition always clues her in when she's reached the limit of her partner's patience.

Pisces female can always, if she so chooses, win back a man's affection and love. However, like all Pisces, she can be touchy and oversensitive when she feels misunderstood. What Pisces female needs most is caring patience and steady support. She hurt terribly by the slightest hint of rejection. When she's handled with love and care, however, the sensuous, magnetic side of her is always at the surface.

The secret of being with the mystical, enchanting, sensitive Pisces female is to keep the romance alive. To her, romance and love is life itself.

Pisces

Pisces

Your element: Water

Your ruling planets: Neptune
Symbol: The Fish
Your stone: Bloodstone
Life Pursuit: To avoid feeling alone and instead feel connected to others and the world at large

Vibration: Erratic Energy levels

Pisces Secret Desire: To live their dreams and turn fantasies into realities.

Description:
Mysterious and alluring individuals, most Pisces are extremely talented, but even though they are gifted in many ways, they still manage to spend most of their lives battling "confusing" conditions. Pisces is the sign symbolised by the image of two fish. Their symbol depicts one fish heading upward, the other pulling downward. This mirrors how Pisceans are frequently torn between two pathways in life, or actually do live two very different existences at the same time.

The number 2, is a very powerful number for them. This zodiac sign is acknowledged as being the Saint and the Sinner rolled into one; the trendsetter of fashion or art, the lost soul, the philosopher and the psychotic and the visionary. As a credit to them, considering their many vulnerable characteristics; Pisceans are incredibly adaptable and resilient. They are to be found leading the field in many diverse areas of life and many Pisces can be found represented amongst top business millionaires. On the other side of the coin, prisons, reform schools and all kinds of institutions statistically hold a high number of Pisceans too.

The Piscean's inner quest to explore their "ivory tower" syndrome can lead them into some most unusual and unlikely living conditions. Of all the signs of the zodiac, Pisces are the ones who end up in the most muddles over the years of their lives. They fantasize about situations, people and particularly romance - and because they spend so much time in their own form of 'fantasy land' this can catch them short in other more worldly areas. Because of this inner world of fantasy, Pisces people seldom perceive whatever is going on around them in its true light. They see life instead as they want to see it, coloring their view of the world in hues and tones far removed from its true reflection. No wonder this is the sign of both miracles and disillusionment. If you are a Pisces, be warned your emotions are a weak spot.

One thing that plays havoc with your life is romance. When things romantically are going well for you, you are on cloud nine. When romance turns sour you land in a heap. Pisces often need to take lots of holidays (or time off) to recover from life's many diverse pressures. You are the zodiac's most sensitive sign, so you need to take extra special care of yourself. Nobody can beat you up, as much as you can beat yourself up within your own mind. In your purest form you are psychic, visionary and a guiding light to all who know you. But, in your "out of tune" state, you become depressed, obsessive and confused.

Florida

Oct. 15th, 2009 | 02:30 pm

I can honestly say that I've conquered Florida. I've been to Every Disney park at least two times (Bush Gardens 3x and Disney- Infinity) besides the Harry Potter one that we're all still waiting for... I've been to every museum and to every city. I've been to Key West twice and Saint Augustine twice. I've been to many rock concerts and once Andrea Bochelli and Donna Summers. I've been to the Hard Rock, Weston Diplomat, Fort Lauderdale's young circle, Las Olas, Biscayne Bay, The Grove, Coconut Grove, Downtown Orlando, Downtown Disney, Downtown Tampa, a few Boardwalks, kava bars etc. I'm just so bored with Florida and I want to move on. The only thing keeping me sane are the parties and I don't like clubbing. I only like the hookah bars and a few pool bars. I've been one of the lucky ones because all you do here in Miami believe it or not is work and watch tv.

The Spanish Way Of Life

"The inhabitants of this veried country have few things in common except for a natural sociability and a zest for living.  Spaniards commonly put as much energy into enjoying life as they do into their work.  The stereotypical "mañana" (leave everything until tomorrow) is a myth, but time is flexible in Spain and many people bend their work to fit the demands of their social life, rather than let themselves be ruled by the clock.  The day is long in Spain and Spanish has a word, madrugada, for the time between midnight and dawn, when city streets are often still lively.
Spaniards are highly gregarious.  In many places people still go out in the evening for the paseo, when the streets are crowded with strollers.  Eating is invariably communal and big groups often meet up for tapas or dinner.  Not surprisingly, Spain has more bars and restaurants per head than any other country.
Underpinning Spanish Spanish society is the extended family.  Traditionally, the state in Spain has been very inefficient at providing public services -- when they have conflicted with private ones.
Most Spaniards place their family at the centre of their lives.  Three generations may live together under on roof, or at least see each other often.  Even lifelong city-dwellers refer fondly to their pueblo -- the town or village where their family comes from and where they return whenever the can.  Children are adored in Spain and, consequently, great importance is attached to education.  The family in Spain, however, is under strain as couples increasingly opt for a higher income and better lifestyle rather than a large family.  One of the most striking transformations in modern Spain has been in the birth rate, from one of the highest in Europe, at 2.72 children for every woman in 1975, to just 1.24 children for every woman in 2002.
Catholicism is still a pervasive influence over Spanish society, although church attendance among those under 35 has declined in recent years to below 25 per cent.  The images of saints watch over some shops, bars and lorry drivers' cabs.  Church feast days are marked by countless traditional fiestas which are enthusiastically maintained in modern Spain."
--Reference from Eyewitness Travel SPAIN

Spaniards live to enjoy life and work hard to do so.  Spaniards bend their work demands to have a social life instead of the fast life that most Americans know.  People feel that time goes very slow in Spain and the days are much longer.  The streets are always filled with people of every kind- children, teenagers, parents, strollers and even seniors.  You can breathe the atmosphere filled with such ease and happiness. According to Samantha Brown, Spain is her favorite place in Europe because of the atmosphere.  The streets never sleep, and the people are the friendliest. People don't have to worry about abductions and whether their children are safe.  The don't have curfews and the legal drinking age is eighteen or you know how they say, if you reach the bar.

Most festivals in Spain are religious in origin, but nowadays the religious component is usually secondary to the general spirit of celebration. Spain has dozens of festivals and most towns have their own in addition to the national ones.
Listed below are several of the more important festivals:

January
Reyes Magos, known as the Epiphany in English, is celebrated throughout Spain on January 6. Gifts are distributed and the evening of January 5 is a time of tremendous excitement for children. Floats, bands and dancers take to the streets of the major towns and cities.
Fiestas de San Antonio Abad is celebrated in Mallorca on January 17 with bonfires. Traditionally youths compete over a cockrell placed at the top of a greased pole, the 'Pi de Sant Antoni'.

February
A carnival is held in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands, during the second week of February with fancy-dress parades and musicians. Carnivals are held throughout Spain at Shrovetide before Lent.
Pero Palo celebrations are held in Caceres, Extremadura late in February. The community gathers to share old traditions and legends.

March
Fallas de San Jose is held in Valencia just before spring. Bonfires are built and there's an interesting night-time parade.
Semana Santa or Easter Holy Week is one of the most important festivals in Spain. Processions and concerts are held throughout the country. Seville's Semana Santa is one of Spain's most enjoyable festivals.

April
An April Fair is held in Seville.
Fiesta de Moros y Cristianos, also known as the Moors and Christians, is celebrated across Spain. Alcoy in Alicante puts on an interesting display with battles, processions, speeches, plays and dances. Groups of Moors and Christians drive through the town accompanied by noisy bands. A battle ensues accompanied by fireworks and the ringing of bells.
Barcelona is the venue of a spectacular festival in late April. The festival honors St. Jordi, who is the patron saint of Catalonia.

May
Crosses of flowers are set up throughout the village of Cieza, in Murcia, on Dia de la Cruz or Holy Cross day.
A procession to celebrate Corpus Christi is held in Toledo.

June
The pagan festival of Hogueras de San Juan is held in Alicante. The streets are often decorated with branches and leaves, straw effigies are burnt, pilgrimages are undertaken, the herb thyme is blessed and sanjuanera songs are sung.

July
The immensely exciting Fiesta de San Fermin, or the Running of the Bulls, is held in Pamplona early in July.

August
On the north coast, Semana Grande is held during August.

September
For three days during the Festival Internacional de Folklore en el Mediterraneo (International Festival of Mediterranean Folklore) you can experience the songs, traditions, dances, dresses and general folklore of many Mediterranean cultures.
Fiestas de la Vendimia Riojana, also known as the La Rioja Wine Festival, centres around the harvesting of the grapes.
Barcelona's festival of La Merce, patron saint of the city, takes place around September 24.

October
The feast of El Pilar is held in Zaragoza, Aragon

—Si no pico
pierdo el granito,
y si pico,
me mancho el pico
y no podré ir
a la boda de mi tío Perico
¿Qué hago?
¿Pico o no pico?
Al fin picó,
y se ensució el pico.

Entonces fue a pedirle a la yerba:

—Yerba,
límpiame el pico,
que no podré ir
a la boda de mi tío Perico.

Pero la yerba dijo:

—No quiero.

Entonces fue a pedirle a la oveja:

—Oveja,
cómete la yerba,
que no quiere limpiarme el pico
para ir a la boda de mi tío Perico.

Pero la oveja dijo:

—No quiero.

Entonces fue a pedirle al perro:

—Perro,
muérdele a la oveja,
que no quiere comerse la yerba,
que no quiere limpiarme el pico
para ir a la boda de mi tío Perico.

Pero el perro dijo:

—No quiero.

Entonces fue a pedirle al palo:

—Palo,
pégale al perro,
que no quiere morderl a la oveja,
que no quiere comerse la yerba,
que no quiere limpiarme el pico
para ir a la boda de mi tío Perico.

Pero el palo dijo:

—No quiero

Entonces fue a pedirle al fuego:

—Fuego,
quema el palo,
que no quiere pegarle al perro,
que no quiere morderle a la oveja,
que no quiere comerse la yerba,
que no quiere limpiarme el pico
para ir a la boda de mi tío Perico.

Pero el fuego dijo:

—No quiero.

Entonces fue a pedirle al agua:

—Agua,
Apaga el fuego,
que no quiere quemar el palo,
que no quiere pegarle al perro,
que no quiere morderle a la oveja,
que no quiere comerse la yerba,
que no quiere limpiarme el pico
para ir a la boda de mi tío Perico.

Pero el agua dijo:

—No quiero

Dream Deferred by Langston Hughes

What happens to a dream deferred?
Does it dry up Like a raisin in the sun?
Or fester like a sore-- And then run?
Does it stink like rotten meat?
Or crust and sugar over-- like a syrupy sweet?
Maybe it just sags like a heavy load. Or does it explode?

Juanes ofrecerá concierto en Cuba- Mi Opinión

Aug. 30th, 2009 | 12:53 am

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

St. Michael Slaying the Dragon

Aug. 20th, 2009 | 04:12 am

Image and video hosting by TinyPic
Raphael's St. Michael Slaying (Overwhelming) the dragon is my favorite artwork!
It also goes really well with Dies Irae. What a masterpiece of a song for my ears to lay witness to.

I also have the prayer card. v
Learn it in Latin, English and Spanish- people, it's not so hard.

Pope Leo xIII pennied this prayer in 1884 immediately after being allowed by God to hear a conversation between our Lord and the Devil.

Latin
Imperet illi Deus, supplices deprecamur: tuque, Princeps militiae Caelestis, satanam aliosque spiritus malignos, qui ad perditionem animarum pervagantur in mundo, divina virtute in infernum detrude. In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti. Amen.
English
Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in the day of battle; be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do you, o prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, cast into hell, Satan and all the other evil spirits, who prowl through the world, seeking the ruin of souls! Amen.
Spanish
Amen.

Also learn (Our Father)-
Pater noster, qui es in caelis, sanctificetur nomen tuum. Adveniat regnum tuum. Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra. Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie, et dimitte nobis debita nostra sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris. Et ne nos inducas in tentationem, sed libera nos a malo. In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti. Amen.
